Recommended Posts

I just recenty spoke w/Ryan through a couple of pms. I do believe he is here for any & all of you at anytime through a pm. I also believe that he will begin posting sooner than we all think. He knows how important he is to us & we are to him.

I have not pmed Kelly- Has anyone?? We need her back just as much & I hope she realizes that this place just insn't the same with out her & her family. we miss you Kelly!

I too was going to go but than I said naaaaaa! Its kinda like the band getting a unbelievable TIGHT FILL-eventually it will calm down or maybe we need a unfill of some-sorts. I got an idea but I 'll send it telepathically :0)

Thank you for the kind words everyone. I haven't been on here in a while, and it took an email from someone else who belongs here to tell me that this thread was here.

I appreciate all of the well wishes and even more the support. I see that things have calmed here now, and may come back part time. I am trying very hard to devote more time and love to my son and husband, as I feel that they truly deserve it.

However, I also can feel a small void and lack of support when I'm not here. I was just so saddened by all that was going on, that I chose to leave instead of feeling sad all of the time by it. I had to live my life, you know?

Thanks again for all of your support, and I will do my best to be here part time for everyone now. I greatly appreciate all of the support and love that I previously received from here. I learned so much and felt good to give back to the newbies too.

Everyone take care, and I'll be checking in from time to time on you all.

Lots of Love, ~Kelly

Kelly, I am so happy to see you here!!! We need you! I believe that those of us who decided to stay are determined to make this forum the place it used to be. It just wouldn't be the same without you, girl!

To everyone else who left out of disgust or fear of all the unpleasantness that recently occurred here: Please come back. Don't let a few misguided people scare you away from all of the abundant goodness that still remains here. Miss you all!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
