10 years since Gastric Bypass, and putting weight back on !

Hi I had a gastric bypass just over 10 years ago. I did fantastic and lost over half my initial starting weight. I have kept most of it off but 2stone is creeping back on and I am scared I do not want to go back to that place.

Has anyone else had this challenge and what have you done to get back on track ?

Surgon told us (my daughter & I) that if that happens go back to a full liquid diet for 2 weeks & then start eating the way he told us at the beginning. No more then 3.5 oz at a time, 3 meals a day with small healthy snacks in between.

Or check out the Fast metabolism diet by Haylie Pomroy. Even though there is no way I can eat as much food as she wants a person to eat. Following each of her phases in ordered helped me get down to my goal weight!
