Looking for advice Sunshine Heath insurance

I am currently pre-op with Sunshine Health insurance (Medicaid). Wondering if anyone has gone through the pre authorization process with them. When we’ve called to find out criteria for authorization they say they don’t have any. Finally after several calls asking this question I was told as long as your Dr/surgeon says it’s necessary they will approve. Any info will help.
