I just came across these online from Walmart (has to be shipped) and in my opinion they are EXPENSIVE for what they are but if you're having a hard time getting the Protein in its an option I guess if you are unable to do the other suggestions by all the other posters. If you have a Kroger store near you they also have them there but they are in bulk (36 count) and only 1 flavor that I saw. They are called ProSouce Gelatein and there are several flavors besides these two listed below at Walmart online.

The Ratio Protein yogurt is much cheaper priced at Walmart and has several flavors, it has 25g of protein. Also at Walmart online BariWise Gelatin. Not sure of the other stats on this one but it has 15g of protein

Try pro source Protein liquid? They gave me some at the hospital to take home but I have never used it, so I don't have an opinion about it.

I have trouble hitting my protein goals without 1 shake a day, but I am working on that because I don't really like them and I am tired of them.

I am 4 weeks post op, and so far can get to about 50g of protein WITHOUT a shake but can't seem to eat enough to get past that.

I basically only eat meats and Proteins right now too.

Seafood has TONS of protein for very low calories!

Everything I eat has Protein in it from processed Protein Bars, to Protein chips, to Protein Shakes. There is a lot of food out there with extra protein in it if you're not getting enough whole foods to get it in. eggs are an excellent source.

For Water, mix in some sugar-free flavored popsicles and put some sugar-free flavored powder in your water to make it more palatable.

Fairlife nonfat milk has lower sugar and higher Protein in it. I drink a latte every day made with this and can’t recommend it enough.

Maybe fat free cottage cheese? I personally love the stuff. Second the silken tofu suggestion- good as a base for almost everything.

I recently tried the Gatorade zero with protein- it was the least disgusting protein Water I’ve found, which is admittedly faint praise but post op I took against all protein water with a vengeance.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
