Puréed food stage: what are the recipe favourites?

Hi everyone,

I will graduate from my full liquids stage and start my soft blended/ puréed food diet in two days time.

I am well aware that I should avoid any lumps at this stage and that all foods must be blended well with a “yoghurt-like” consistency. Each meal must include a protein source (meat, fish, legumes, eggs, or tofu) to keep up my protein intake and aid in wound healing.

Keeping in mind I need 4-6 “meals” a day, I was wondering what simple recipe ideas are out there...

What are the tried and tested recipe favourites?
Off the top of my head ~ hummus, guacamole, tuna and low fat mayonnaise...

Thank you in advance ❤️
