Does anyone know of refill in cambs or essex or around that way?

I am due to have a band fitted in jan with 'why go abroad' in birmungham but its a bit far to travel for refills and cant find anywhere closer on the net....any suggestion? and how much does it cost? and how much did you pay for your band if you had it done in uk private???
