Good question. I don't want my boobs bigger, but I sure would like to look like boobs again and be up high and perky.

There are several informative threads going on right now - Plastic Surgery Countdown is On, ChubRub's Plastic Surgery Thread and Jan Surgery Countdown - all pretty well balanced.

my lower body lift was very painful. Breast lift wasn't too bad.

My lower body lift wasn't too painful but that's probably because my arms were for the first couple of weeks. I wouldn't worry about the pain though...there are drugs for that! And it's a small price to pay for the results! I see my doctor next week to discuss round 2!

I had a TT and BL/BA 3 weeks ago, and really didn't have much pain at all. I was on pain meds for the first 3-4 days, which resulted in controlled pain levels, then after that I was on tylenol for another day or 2. I spent my first week in a recliner, which helped keep me comfortable as well.

Short answer - pain is nothing, go for it! LOL!

I had a TT, breast lift and augmentation 4 weeks ago. Tummy Tuck hurt on days 2,3,4 but after that is wasn’t so bad. Managed any pain there after w Tylenol. Breasts only felt sore-like you feel when you’re about to start your cycle.
Everyone is diff but that was my exp.
good luck to you!

I had a Tummy Tuck, breast lift & augmentation, and arm lift 3 weeks ago. I’d say the arm lift was the most painful. However, like Kris77 and ChubRub, the pain was really only the first 3-4 days and well managed with pain meds. After that each day has been better & better. I now only take Tylenol occasionally at bedtime if I’ve overdone it during the day.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
