You are in good company. Mine is delayed as well. I jumped every hurdle they gave me and I was good to go..... I finished everything December 23rd....then they shut down due to covid. 😑

I have yet to get a call saying they are scheduling. I took it much like you did though..... more time to lose weight. When I finished everything I was at 304pounds. When my surgeon and I chatted in mid January I was 297pounds. And now in the beginning of February I am probably around 290 pounds (I haven’t weighed myself because I like to wear a particular outfit that is the same every time and it happens to be dirty and I haven’t had a chance to do laundry in almost two weeks 😬😅)

I have noticed a significant decrease in joint pain for the weight I’ve lost thus far I can only imagine what it will be like when I get rid of the rest. I imagine what it will be like to walk in the sand with my kids and not fall over or be in excruciating pain lol. I can’t wait

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
