I lost 20 pounds over 2 weeks on the pre-op diet, but when I finally weighed myself today, well I’m at the same weight I was when I went I for surgery on Monday. I’m sure things will get moving along, I’m following the diet, Protein, and Fluid recommendations religiously, but I just feel a little deflated and defeated this evening. I know those feelings will pass, but I just needed to put into words that I’m just not feeling on point yet.
