20lb is pretty good - nothing only about it. Some will have lost more some will have lost at three weeks, but there are many factors that impact on post op weight loss in the first few weeks. Start weight, weight lost in pre-op stage, post op diet (there are many varieties), gender, incidental activity, medication, hydration/dehydration etc etc.

You are doing great and assuming you are following your post op guidelines, keep up the good work!
