I'll cosign - both the milk and the Protein Shakes are yummy. My dietician approves of them as well.

I just tried the Fairlife core shakes and WOW it sooo much better than Premier Protein shakes! Going to try the Fairlife nutrition shakes later. Anyone else prefer these? I believe these are going to be a life saver with the pre-op diet!!

No, it isn’t chalky at all. I’ve had luck cutting my Premier Protein shakes with an equal amt of fairlife skim milk.

Yes I do put the whole bottle in but you could pour in as much or as little to match your taste.

Fair life taste light not chalky or overly sweet. Don't bother my stomach making me feel like I have to use the bathroom. Low sugar and low carbs. 30 grams of protein...ill pay a little more for a quality pritein.
