Has anyone vomited black stuff after sleeve surgery?

sounds like blood. I wouldn't be too surprised by that the first couple of days after surgery (although I would have mentioned it to someone), but as far out as you are, I would call my surgeon.

I walked out to the car from the hospital and lit up the parking lot with black dried blood but that was 24 hours post op! I would for sure make a call to Doc.

Nope, not me. If it only happens once I wouldn't worry, but if more than once I'd call the surgeon's office.
