Oh nuts & awww man. I have literally never found anything i liked there. I have sold a few of my plus size things there (but then started to just donate)

I think my tastes are too specific. I have consider poshmark for a minute but again i hate shopping online

I think I know what I need to do...

Instead of donating to good will.. etc.... start a clothes swap with the people that go to your WL Center. Most places has a FB page.... Ask if anyone needs them. It's what i do and will do again when i clean out my closet.

Ok, try not to be TOO jealous. Here I am in my super schmexy overalls 😂 The handsome fluff ball on the floor is Dimitri, a recent foster fail. You can see a couple of my current foster babies up in the cat tree.

Thank you !

Nope, I plan to rejoin you... Soon 😂

Come sit by me, comfortably ensconced in doc martens, denim, black leather, and old band t-shirts. It’s nice here.

It got way more fun for me once I got close to goal. My closet is busting at the seams, so it's a blessing and a curse. 😂

OMG this is so true. Now that I’m in “normal” sizes, the options are wide open. Like, I ALMOST want to stop losing just so that my clothes don’t become too big 😂

I’ve done the whole “capsule wardrobe” thing, and am trying to stick to basics. And everything (almost) is used and way cheaper than retail. But, uh, I’ve been shopping while cold today, so I MIGHT have 2 more cashmere sweaters coming. Wooooooops...

Good afternoon ladies. I just stopped by really quick to say have a great day. I’ve been in the kitchen all day baking. Thank you to all that said happy birthday to my love bug. I was overweight, unable to get doctors that wanted to help, with PCOS and endometriosis and was told to never expect to get pregnant. Through a great doctor and IVF I was finally blessed with my little girl. She is one of the main reasons I chose this journey of WLS. I’m off to deliver cupcakes to a class of 5th graders and bring 4 extra girls home with me for the night. Wish me luck, it’s going to be one loud house tonight. I think I’m going to sneak a little piece of cake too. 😉

Great ideas! Initially I donated to my WLS group but then I decided to donate the bulk of my good pro work wear to a Womens shelter's Return to work/ Homelessness Anti-Recidivism program.

The rest that was not even donation worthy I binned. Now I'm just putting all my athleisure wear away , hold me someone 😭

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
