I’m new here, sort of, I’ve been coming here for answers all during pre-op. I decided to join so that I can interact and not just read! My husband and I finished all of pre-op requirements Friday. Today we will be submitting everything to insurance and choosing our date!

Yes please update us when you do get a date, tell us more about you and if you have any questions,Please ask . We are always happy to help, maybe give you input on all the small things that come al9ng. I’m new here as well. I found this site looking for some information on people’s personal experiences with bariatric weight loss surgery. I was just approved for the Molina bariatric program today. I know it’s a long road ahead before the actual gastric sleeve surgery. Just curious about what I should be expecting next step.

i wish i could help you i was self pay so i dont have the insurance info

@Aubrieann congratulations on your journey to a new healthier you. My advise is to start making healthier food choices. I cut out all unhealthy snacks, chips, Cheetos, sweet, coffee etc. well in advance before my surgery. Also there are lots of helpful information on this forum.
