This is my 3rd time going for the sleeve , I’ve mentioned this before! I was so afraid of dying during surgery the first two times . Yes that fear is still there of course but my want of a better life is more than this fear !!! Right now I’m concerned about my willpower! I eat fine during the day no cheating no over eating! But when I wake up in the middle of the night I go crazy for carbs and the worst food ☹️

Yup July 26 is my new Date just to get started ! Just taking one step at a time not giving up

My consultation was canceled today I’m pretty bummed out !!! I can’t drive and medical transportation didn’t get there paper work together in time 😭😭 so now I have to wait another month ☹️

Yes the last time I tried for surgery I did the group therapy and it was wonderful and I plan and going again

I think as long as I keep something healthy I can grab I’ll be find and I love almond mild too 💗

Thank you it is really on my Mind but my surgeon is one of the best in NY they say ! So I’m excited for my appointment on Wednesday 💗

I’m choosing the sleeve because I’m on a lot of medications and they mentioned something about the absorption is better with the sleeve

When I lost weight before I was down to a 18 and I looked really good ! People were complicating me and I felt good !! My now ex husband never made a comment or statement 🙄 This is my 3rd time going for the surgery ! I think the first 2 were because every dr said I needed it ! I have Epilepsy with uncontrollable seizures and the last 2 times my seizures stopped my surgery! This time I want it for me and for making me happy and healthy!! The sad thing is yes I’m really fat and people are judging me from that ! If I was skinny I would be noticed more ! Society is not fair but life only happens once and I had a crappy 25 years and I want the next chapter to be wonderful!!!!

Wow what an ordeal you have been through! I have been trying to get the surgery for years ! Every time I go through the whole process I end up having a seizure! I have epilepsy with uncontrollable seizures, a heart condition , severe neck and back Chronic pain from falling from my seizures. I am trying again this month to start the process and am terrified! I hope someone on here can give you great advice 💗

Well I ended up telling my kids because if I have this surgery I going to need some sort of support system ! They were all on board ! I said let’s just take it one step at a time who knows If it will even happen ! Then stress has been lifted 🙌🏻

Ok my goals : 1. To fit in my bath tub and have bubbles 2. To have my kids not be embarrassed to be seen with me in public ☹️ 3. To get out of the house and maybe meet someone who finds me love able ??? 4. To fit in my skinny clothes I’ve been saving !!! 5. To wear my wide calf boots my daughter bought be that won’t zipper!!! 6. To not worry about fitting in a booth or breaking a chair 7. To go shopping for new clothes and makeup and feel beautiful

So far I’ve decided not to tell I was approved twice and they were canceled because I had a seizure the week before 😞! The one person I did bring it up to said surgery is not the answer just eat better and exercise..... she doesn’t have 210 lbs to lose ☹️

So since 2016 I have been approved for weight loss surgery twice ! Each time it was canceled due to a seizure I had ! I have uncontrollable seizures ☹️. I’ve tried so hard to lose this weight on my own I get 5-10 lbs down but that’s it ! I have 200 to lose ! When they were canceled I was like there’s your answer but I keep getting more miserable and my arthritis hurts I can’t stand or walk very much ! I have kids and a grandson and I haven’t worked in 4 years I’m 46 and want my life back !!!! Any thoughts????

My biggest fear was always that I would be that I won’t wake up ! Now I have days that I don’t want to wake up ! I’m not pitiful I’m just giving myself motivation! I’m at my lowest and I need to do this for me ! My 1st obstacle is getting to my appointment on June 16th I have medical Transportation that covers 60 miles ! My surgeon is 62 please pray they will take me , I have nobody else

Both my neurologist my cardiologist and my primary all have said I need this! I’ve tried everything! My BMI is 52 from what I read every one else has much lower and they had the surgery! Since I have already been approved twice and had seizures that canceled it and the negative comments! I have told nobody not even my mom or my kids that I’m thinking about this ! For the first time in my life I feel I need to do this for me ! I haven’t worked in 4 years I can’t stand for more than 10 min my arthritis is so bad in my lower back and knee ! My kids think I’m worthless and never want to help me I can’t live with this constant pain and depression because I’m fat 😭 I just thought I wasn’t fat enough but I guess I am ☹️

I’m not 50 but will be at least 47 by the time I get my surgery! My body feels like I’m 80 😭 I’m so encouraged by all your positive feedback
