Tons of good information here. Read through the forums and see peoples' experiences and the pros and cons. Good luck with your WLS journey and decision.

May you find a surgery you can endorse, may you find a compentent surgeon to preform it
And may you live confidently with the bodily changes that will ensue . And most of all may you receive joy in your future days!???

Getting it will improve and change your life in a way you didn't think it was possible. It took me a while to do the leap, but I'm happy I did.

I haven't regretted it once - not even on the two occasions I experienced dumping syndrome. The constipation after the surgery wasn't particularly enjoyable, but it was nothing that copious amounts of water and prunes couldn't sort out. ;-) So that's only two negatives as opposed to an enormously long list of positives - and I had to pay for my surgery. Worth every penny!

The only regret I have is that I didn't get it done sooner. Honestly, I was in more pain after my wisdom tooth surgery than this. I have struggled, dieted and battled with weight issues all my life. I have been exercising and dieting since I was 12! The quitting, the stalls and the no results. I am so happy with my decision.
