Keystone Health Plan East BCBS (PA) insurance ...anyone?...experiences?

I may be getting a new job and I know they have Keystone Health Plan East BCBS (I'm in PA). Anyone have experience with them? How long was the waiting period? How did the approval process go for the surgery?
