I'm from Puerto Rico, 41 years old. I have my Sleeve 9 month ago. My higher weight was 306, my weight on surgery day was 267, my current weight is 182... 124 pounds in total. I need to loose 35 more pounds.

I'm very happy with the process, but still being focused, because my "yo gordita" still chasing me

My English isn't good if you don't understand anything tell me and I rephrase it [emoji28][emoji28]

The hardest part was at the beginning to learn when to stop eating, because with less of 1 oz of food I was full and vomit if I eat a little more. The easiest is to buy clothes now🤣🤣🤣🤣. Well I think is not easiest part, but when you start to feel better, physically, your self esteem. My pre diabetes and my high blood pressure dissapeared, you feel better.

I think people treat me the same, some think I make a good decision, others I feel are waiting me to fail. But I hope to have enough discipline to keep doing it well.
