New mommy Pregnancy postpartum and Bypass struggles

Hello I am jessica I’ve been a WLS patient since September 2015, had a partial tummy tuck two years ago, and recently had my first child with the help of God and the surgery but now I am struggling A LOT I’m trying to accept myself physically even more than before I had surgery. My SW was 475 I got down to 214 then got pregnant and now I’m back to 320, I love my son more than I ever thought I could ever love anyone, he is my world which is why I worry so much now. I need to be able to stay healthy so I can keep up with him as he grows into the person he is going to be. I recently lost my bariatric team due to my insurance changing and now My anxiety for my health is on a whole new level right now. I have an appointment this week with my PCP and hope we can get this figured out. I’m going to see if she will do all the bloodwork for me and see where I am as a baseline and start over point. Anyone else ever felt like this post baby? I still feel like my pouch has been distorted and stretched and struggling with the portion control and not having dumping syndrome anymore, I feel like mytool stopped working as I got worse at working it.
