HRT patches - how soon can I go back on them?

Hi,

I'm a newbie and have my surgery scheduled for May 14th. I've been advised to stop taking HRT leading up to my op which I've done but I'm curious as to when I can start taking it again. How soon after the op is the norm? I'm hoping I can stay sane until then ?

Thanks for any advice.
