ugggg cant get below 155

Recommended Posts

So is it me or are there other people in same boat. Follow the Protein intake. I don't eat a lot and keep busy at work. I got down to 153 and now I am back up to 158-159. I cant seem to motivate myself to get into a exercise program no matter what I try to do. Just no motivation but as I do not eat a lot I should still be able to drop this weight??

I am hoping when the weather gets warmer maybe I can try bike riding a few times a week to see if that helps with the stall.

Any one in the same boat I would love to hear from you all to gather intel on how to get this off. I have a goal of about 125.

I have a friend that had the same thing happen about a year out from the sleeve surgery. She started doing IF with carb cycling and has great success. I plan on doing the same when I’m further out. I’m at 4 months post op now.

Being active was key for me. That last 25 lbs was a test of perseverance and dedication and a whole bunch of tenacity. Also my weight goes up then goes down. So I will weigh 125 then hit 129 before I see 122. Exchange first 2 numbers and that is how I leapfrog down. Best of luck you will be able to do this now get moving🏋🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
