Freaking out about all the different vitamins and proteins

I was just approved for the sleeve and am freaking out because of all the different choices of vitamins and proteins. In a support the dietitian suggested that I search around for different types of non Whey proteins since I lactose intolerance. I stumbled across this website and am now overwhelmed.
