Didn’t feel like eating this morning

Got up super late, showered and went back to bed. Lazed about til 3 pm upstairs and then finally had something to eat. Cup of fat free cottage cheese and a 1/2 of bread.

Not supposed to eat bread yet but I warmed up the cottage cheese in the microwave and soaked it in the whey.

Just didn’t feel like eating. Not sure what’s going on here. I guess lots of changes.
