Yeah that's me , my skin is on Relaxed Fit, just like a balloon somebody let the air out of but nothing's ever going to refill them, they will just have to diminish to the finish ! I am empty, yeah, but happier than I ever was obese. And now I weigh about the same I did at 20 or 21, oh the body has been through a lot to get there! But it's a good body, a strong body, one that didn't fail me now. and won't in the future. Maybe I will keep it after all. Now step. up the exercise I can do, see if that helps. strengthen the thighs and additon and not only
