Gastric Sleeve on 2/25

I’ve been reading here for a while and finally signed up today. I had my sleeve done on Monday 2/25/19, spent one night in the hospital and was released the following day. Recovery has been fine, haven’t had much pain, etc. I started “stage two” foods yesterday (farina, strained cream of soups, etc.) and that’s been fine. I just had a question if anyone else had the big dent in their stomach after their surgery? It’s right below the largest hole, which is right above my belly button. I’ve also started getting a weird sensation in that area earlier today, kind of like a bubbling sensation when I bend over or lean back. It’s not painful, it’s just..odd. Thought maybe it was gas, not sure. Saw my doctor for my first post op appointment yesterday and he said I’m doing well. Thank you for any answers.
