What goals (besides a specific weight or BMI) have you set for yourself? A while back my husband bought me a Game of Thrones t-shirt that I loved. He bought me, a 2X woman, a medium. God bless him, he said to me, "I dunno, you look kinda medium. I guess I was thinking of men's sizes, I didn't want you to swim in it." A men's 2X was too long, but comfortably loose on me! It was non-returnable and I threw it in a drawer, not sure why I didn't toss it. I am down almost 30lbs., mostly from the pre-surgery weight loss, and today I tried it on. It's skin tight, but I was able to fit into it. Another 30 and it will fit nicely. So that is my first goal, to fit into that shirt. What goals do you have?

Of course I still have my 2nd Goal I am working toward.

But other goals are:

2. Get off the last BP med and the extra potassium.

3. Restore my thyroid to good function.

4. Exercise 6-7x week with combo of cardio and strength training/muscle building (so I can tolerate more calories).

5. Continue to work on building a lovely full active life with Mr. F.

6. Maybe go back to school to become a "sensitivity counselor". *snort* ;)

And how did Darling Hubby fit into the Halloween Ball Gown, pictures would have been lovely, don't you think?.Oh YOU wore it? Even Better! Now on to the Little Black Dress. And it's now time for Frustr8 to burst forth in song🎶
Maybe it's much too early in the Game
Ah but I thought I'd ask you just the same.
What are you doing New Years, New Years Eve?
You can now unstop the children's ears, noth8by to be frightened of, and all the dogs🐶 should stop howling shortly!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
