We are actually all supposed to drink at least minimum 64oz of water, not just wls patients. I can completely tell a difference now when I don't get in my minimum. I feel so sluggish and tired. Using
I have my surgery on October 30th. I can handle the life style changes but one. I don't know if I can handle having to drink 64oz of liquid/water a day for the rest of my life! I've been doing it but its so hard and I'm always in the bathroom. That's the only thing I'm worried about. I think of the future and wonder what will happen, when I'm 50 or 60... and only drink 32oz a day or less. What will happen? Will I get sick, end up in the hospital, die? Please Help
