Fluffy, I admire your perseverance I swear I don't know how you can subsist on these long fasts.... I also worry how maintenance will look when you (we) get there. I already worry that 1200 cals a day will be forever and is that going to work long term???

I understand completely. Check this one out ... Not anxiety inducing at all. Very low key. Its designed. As self directed for the participants and you only have to do what keeps you happy and motivated 💝
