Lap Band surgery and Cushing's Disease

Does anyone here have any experience with this?

I have cushing's disease and have had brain surgery to remove pituitary tumours in the past.

Obesity is a part of cushings.

One of my doctors has asked me to consider this surgery.

I have been told it wouldn't work on people with cushings from other people.

I would appreciate hearing any first hand accounts, or learning anything here from others.
