If all else fails just still be keying in @ the pen name, it comes up as "KRush mentioned you" on my gmail because I run off of Android app instead of sit down or laptop computer. So even poor beknighted folk like me get the message too.👍😝📝

Hey - question for all of you that in your post-op phase. One of the items I can have in Weeks 1 & 2 are "Strained Low Fat Cream Soup". What type of Soup would that be exactly? I'm assuming Cream of chicken would be ok. No way I'm eating Cream of Mushroom by itself. :P What else is there? Is there a Cream of Potato?? What about a bisque like Tomato Bisque?

On my way to Wally world, let me see what options they have in the grocery, I was thinking of cream of celery but I shall investigate.

weird question: does anyone else’s pee smell really bad? like vinegar-y almost? i’m sure it’s just from being pumped with IV fluids but it’s awful lol.... just keep drinking a ton of Water hoping that will help. Also wondering when people had their first BM after surgery

Yes! Like apple cider vinegar. Had my first bm today. 4 days and a few hours post op. Dropped right at 10lbs so far. It was an ....interesting..... bm experience.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
