soon sleevers encourage each other on new journey

Hello I am soon to be sleeved on 8/11/18 and like so many of you, I too always struggled with my weight. I’ve always been the slightly larger one or more developed one in a group of friends. Secretly always hating it and simply wanting to blend in with the rest of my friends...my love affair with food and yo-yo dieting began! Being heavier now than I was 7.5 months ago after having my baby, has forced me to take a good look at myself and my horrible habits and put the self pity aside and do something not only about my weight, but my spiritual life as well. I once heard If you don’t like your life...fix it or be willing to change your perception of it! So Let’s take a deep breathe...now release...and let’s go! ☺️
