Searing lower abdominal pain on stretching or bending. Anyone else?

Hey gang,

I'm 2 months post-gastric sleeve and everything is going well. My recovery was uneventful, with minimal incision pain.

A few days ago, I noticed (how could I not?) a burning, tearing pain 3 to 4 inches below any of the incisions when I bend over sharply, or stretch. It's definitely muscular, and since I'm not really exercising yet (some orthopedic issues) it's not due to over-exertion. It's pretty much central or a little bit to the right.

Before I call the doctor and go through the rigamarole of taking off from work, has anybody else experienced this, and if so what gives?!

Thanks!!

I had that as well when I started more activity. Do mention it to the doctor and they can check it. Mine thought it was just scar tissue being stretched etc as I moved and used the muscles. The good news is it was gone pretty quick and at least in my case was just a twang now and then va a constant pain
