Pain in the back of the neck when eating

I’m 14 days post op. Does anyone get pain in the back of the neck after eating foods ? Especially ones the sleeve doesn’t agreee with? What is this?

    This is probably what is known as "referred pain". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Referred_pain

    Treat it as if your stomach was hurting, this is a signal to not eat those things or that you are over full.
