Today was a rough one. I'm 8 days post op and I think my hormones are going a bit crazy. My inscisions hurt today. ALL DAY. Which didn't help my mood. I am also feeling overwhelmed with keeping track of everything. Liquids consumed, protein consumed, solid food eaten, bariatric vitamin taken, calcium taken x3 and separately from the bariatric vitamin, Prilosec, my other daily medications.
Has anyone found a good app to keep track of all this? Are there other tracking methods I should try?
I have 3 kids and work full time and my brain is fried.
Hoping for a better tomorrow.
