First day of pre op surgery 5-14

I just need positive vibes only my first day and I’m already stressing. I wanted this for a long time but never realized I have a serious case of food addiction. Also please be negative I need this I didn’t prepare for pre op!

Everyone post op have been where you are. I asked four of my friends to join me during this phase. Their job was too motivate, encourage and support me. Its hard to give up something you love and need, but trust me, the outcome is so much better. We are all here for you and will save you a seat on the loser's bench. Hang in there [emoji4]
