Vitamin and Iron Patches

Hello, I just ordered the patches for vitamin D and Iron. I was wondering, is there anyone that has positive results from them yet? such as seeing your blood work improving? Also, anyone have a suggestion on the protein drinks on here that are good. I ordered some and will post a comment on what I think after I try them.
