So I'm kinda worried and dissapointed in myself and afraid I may have already streched my pouch. I hope I'm overreacting but every since Easter I feel hungry again A LOT and I don't get that pain in my stomach telling me I've eaten enough after just a couple ounces of food! I am a little over 2 months post opp and I'm on the soft food diet. I have 4 kids and that meant a lot of ? on Easter plus my mother made a full spread of snacks and dinner, I'm ashamed to say that I gave into some "soft food" candy and some "soft food" dinner and I did not measure out anything..I spent most of the day grazing and that continued for a couple days afterwards...Ive tried to get myself back on track with what's on my approved meal plan but now I feel like I'm hungry all the time and I can eat 6oz without feeling that full pain to tell me that's enough...could a few days of poor eating ruinon everything I worked so hard for..I gained back 3 pounds this week when I had been consistently loosing! I hope I'm just being paranoid and that I can get myself back on track but was wondering if it's a possibility!
