Oxford Health Insurance?

Hi, I'm new here!

I've been considering wls for well over a year now and I think it's finally time for me to get my ducks in a row. I signed up for an information seminar for next Monday and am now looking into costs with insurance coverage.

Does anyone have any experience with Oxford Health (Liberty Network)? How much did you pay for surgery, all of the doctor's visits, etc.? I'm just trying to get a ballpark estimate on sleeve gastrectomies under this insurance provider. Also, what was the entire process like as far as insurance approval goes? (i.e. Did they require a supervised diet before surgery?)
