Long story, short. I have an initial consult in the US for weight loss surgery on Friday. I'm 6'2, 255-260 lbs. If you have any co-morbidities (sleep apnea, diabetes, etc) there's a good chance your US surgeon might be able to get your insurance to cover your surgery. You sound like the perfect candidate for a Gastric Sleeve. I'd discuss the surgery types that are good for you with whichever surgeon you select and go with the option that you both agree on.
