Chips

Hello I’m 4 weeks post op and was craving some chips before surgery nutritionist said I could eat them but buy baked ones any advise.

I get Kays protein chips on Amazon. They taste good and have 12g of protein per bag.
I like the parmesan flavor and I eat them with laughing cow cheese.

Look up Quest Protein Chips also. They are ok when you need a crunch, and they are very filling.

Here is the link to them on Amazon, but I've also found them at a big Walmart by the protein bars. They have BBQ, Cheddar, Salt and Vinegar, and Sour Cream and Onion.
