Day 16 low energy and nauseous most the time still

Sleeved 1/23/18... Day 16 liquid diet stage. Having a hard time with being nauseous most the time. Low energy. Only getting in about 30 grams of protein. Maybe one soup or chicken broth a day. Just barely getting my water intake everyday is a chore in itself. I lost 20 lbs the 1st week and 3 lbs the second. No concerned about the weight loss as much as how to get that protein intake in and how to just feel better as far as energy and not nausea all the time. Any suggestions?

The first month I was the same way. I just sipped on protein shakes when I could and ate ice pops and slept. Do the best you can , it gets easier ! I am 5 months out and can eat pretty much anything in really small portions.

I figured out I am lactose intolerant. All those protein shakes with whey protein have milk in them! No wonder I stayed nauseous ALL the time! I have tried plant based protein (pea-protein) and no nausea! Glad to figure out the solution to that! What a relief!
