You’re asking about maintenance, right? Confused bc everyone is answering about while they are losing.

I am four and a half years post op. Been at goal since a year out.

I have to eat about 5 smaller meals a day to get all my food in because my capacity is limited. Like a meal might be half a sirloin patty and a cup of salad.

Anyhow I eat anywhere from 1800-2800 calories a day as a 5’6” 140-ish pound woman. I run about 20 miles a week and do 4-5 hours of heavy yoga.
