Ever heard of riced cauliflower??

You can find riced cauliflower in the frozen vegetable section of the supermarket. They are quick and convinent as they only take 4 minutes in the microwave. The cauliflower is super good for you and delicious as well.

You can also cook the crap out of it and use half cauliflower, and half boiled potatoes...and add fat free buttermilk and salt...and have really amazing mashed potatoes,

I LOVE the rice Cauliflower. We made pork fried rice with it. Even my hubby (who is the master at making fried rice) said it was good. I also just remembered that I have a bag of Cauliflower tater tots I need to try. HHMM Might have to have them for dinner.

You can also Add an egg, some shredded parmesan cheese, spread it out on a pan and add pizza toppings too, or add garlic salt and cut it up like bread sticks
