Joint pain and vitamins

Has anyone experienced joint pain related to taking vitamins? I've stopped my calcium, but now am having the same pain from my multi. I'm in so much pain that it is hard to sleep at night, but the pain disappears when I stop the vitamins.

Thanks for any info.
