Any experience with Peachtree Bariatrics?

Has anyone had surgery with Peachtree Bariatrics in Atlanta? Please tell me the surgery went more smoothly than the pre-surgery stuff.

The office staff has lost my psych evaluation 4 times, a patient advocate left and didn’t record a bunch of my stuff so I had to re-do, the tech told me there was no record of the stress testing that I did in their office, and currently I’m having to have my PCM re-fax all my labs and clearances because they can’t find those either (and then when I called to follow up, the office had closed 2+ hours early)

I’m extremely frustrated, but this is who TriCare referred me to, so I’m not sure if starting over with a new office is an option.

Hoping to hear from people that the surgery portion is not more of the same. I’m a little terrified that if the staff is this bad, what is the doctor like?
