One years of my surgery last January 9,2017

One years ago i got change chapter of my life

before i got surgery i drinking lots of broth of beef and chicken and mores but i cant eat hard food till after my surgery but i eat soft food include soup and mores and popsicle but i have to focus what i eat and i cant eat whole food but i will eat half food and mores..

after my surgery i will eat half food include what?

salad but no lettuce so i can eat broccoli salad would be good for me after surgery not often

steak

baked potatoes and sweet potatoes

soup Include chili and vegetables And mores of types soups

Pizza not often makes me sick

popcorns not lots just little so not daily

Pumpkin pies would be ok after surgery low calories

but i have carefully to eat after surgery
