Going back to work and eating schedule for pureed food.

So Tuesday I go back to work since surgery 12/14. I am looking at the suggested eating pureed foods. I am a Parent Educator and drive to families homes all day. And now I am struggling with an example, the eggs I fix and wait 30 minutes before eating the second portion but they are cold. I can reheat at home but work, will be harder to reheat the foods, any ideas and food to suggest

My surgery was the same day. I think it will be protein shakes middle of the day for me for a little while.

Yogurt? Kept in a chiller. Or shakes

A thermos that keeps food warm or cold should help, along with an insulated lunch kit. Refried beans, tuna “salad” made with tuna and light mayo/yogurt and puréed, soups, shakes, yogurt, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese bake
