Indiana Sleevers Post op care after Mexico Self Pay

Did anyone have any issues receiving post op care in Indiana (Southern,IN) after receiving surgery in Mexico? I'm nervous to ask local doctors about providing me care after having surgery in Mexico, they are all anti- anything having to do with outside of the US procedures. At least I have tried to nonchalantly make comments of looking into going out of the country and their remarks about it worry me that I won't be able to find any care if I were to go to Mexico.
