No place to get a fill in Seattle!

Please help! I've been doing fine over the past couple of years but now find myself in need of a fill. Everything has changed in Seattle! I'm told that I won't be able to find a doc because I was banded in Mexico. Apparently, there used to be several available but "something" happened in the past year and now no one will see people who had surgery in Mexico. Please tell me this is not correct. Is there anyone in the Seattle area who was banded by Dr. Kuri or anyone else in Mexico who is receiving care? I was particularly excited by Dr. Cheblis until his nurse told me that a couple of people ruined it for the rest of us. I don't know what she means but I'm worried.
