How much have you lost at 12 weeks?

    At week 12 I was down 105 lbs. but remeber, people with higher BMI drop higher number of pounds... and viceversa...

    At 12 weeks post, I was down 40 lbs. I am now 14 months post and down 100 lbs. Everyone loses at different rates.

    I’m about 9 weeks and down about 50lbs. The first 38 in one month... so slow after that [emoji20] you’re looking great!
